There is also a Google Map for you to select your favourite stores to purchase products from using the debit card which will be linked to your Paybox account. If you stay in Penang, you can type in Watsons, Gurney Plaza in the search field of the Google Map and vote for it to be selected as one of the merchant stores to be linked to Paybox. Was in KLCC and Sunway Pyramid
When I was in KL recently, I went to KLCC and window shopped for a while. I was so tempted to get Salvadore Ferragamo pump shoes but could not afford it. It cost over a thousand ringgit here. When I was in Singapore, my aunt bought me a Ferragamo black pump shoes when we went shopping in Orchard Road. Since she is quite wealthy and has her own law firm, she decided to indulge me but it was very rare. Even though I am gainfully employed, I will never splash out so much money just for a pair of branded shoes. It is much better to invest my money in insurance or buy government bonds.
Just Came Back from KL
I just came back from Kuala Lumpur last night and went to see the doctor near my house. I still have allergic cough and it has been dragging on for some time. The trip back from KL was rather tiring and it rained slightly. In the past, every time I come back from KL, I will buy fruits in Tapah but recently I have stopped buying them all together. My home has plenty of fruits and there is no necessity to overload the fridge with so many types of fruits. Besides, there is less to carry and lug around and it is easier for me! The doctor's fee cost RM20 which is reasonably cheaper than other places.
Gold represents the ultimate payment worldwide
Gold is accepted worldwide and represents the ultimate payment system anywhere in the world. It is a much sought after precious metal that is used for jewellery, space technology and as numismatist gold bullion coins. Banks prefer to deal with gold than paper money of which the value can be eroded due to rising future inflation. So, if you have extra cash to invest, it is better to buy gold coins and keep them in a safe place. In times of war, paper money can become useless overnight just like the Japanese banana money that was printed in abundance during the Japanese occupation in Malaya. However, when the British return, the banana paper money became worthless overnight. It is named so because of the picture of the banana tree on the paper notes.

Only the Diligent will be Successful
Success never goes to the slothful, lazy people who refuse to lift a finger but slumber all day long. Eventually, all their financial reserves will be depleted and they will go hungry again for refusing to work and earn a living. Making money online is not easy and not everyone is good at it. And even if you do make money, it ranges in the hundreds only and not in the thousands per month. Only the diligent will be successful and not the copycats who copy other people's thoughts and written blog posts verbatim. Such scums do not deserve to be bloggers, much less to exist online. They think it is their right to copy other people's hard written blog posts and even steal the pictures and screen capture and treat it as their own! There was one idiotic blogger here in Nuffnang that copied my posts verbatim since this stupid Malay could not write well in English!!!
Who Say Making Money was Easy
It is very easy to spend money, but not to make money. Who says making money was easy? It requires your blood, sweat and tears! You may do all the right things in the office, being punctual all the time, but when office politics come into place, then your position in the office may be threatened. Or you may be disheartened that you eventually quit when you have a crazy supervisor who takes credit for the work you do while writing a list of petty offences about you like not putting pencil in the drawer while she herself comes to work 1-2 hours late every day! A more serious offence that no one knows until you left the job! This type of parasitic 'superior' ought to be shot dead!
Gold is Accepted Every Where
Gold is accepted around the world in every corner of the earth. It is the main real currency in times of war, pestilence, depression, etc. Now the 2 Koreans - North Korean and South Korea are fighting each other with shells being fired in retaliation. Sometimes it is time to buy gold and to keep some stock in bad times such as this. You can go to the remotest part of the earth and you will find that gold is widely accepted everywhere. Gold does not rust, corrode, and is stable under acidic conditions - meaning it does not re-act unlike other weaker metals like steel or nickel. Besides, gold will last for eternity and will remain so as long as it is kept well for generations to come. And you can bequeath your gold collection of jewellery or numismatic coins to your decendants.
Going to KL Next Week
I will be going to KL sometime middle of next week for business. As usual, I will lug along my lap top and company profile with reference projects to show potential clients. On top of that we will also visit existing clients to attend to their concerns. My colleague will drive down which will take about 4-5 hours on the road. We plan to stop over in Tapah for a shorts break before resuming the journey. My job not only requires me to work with the computer but also to travel frequently down to KL and other parts if necessary. Hence, earning money is not easy and you have to make sure you are relevant and not being fired for no other reasons.

First Time Listed Top in Innit Featured Posts
When I posted the topic on "I Earned $455.46 after 2 weeks", I got overwhelming response and over 100 'nangs' from readers to be listed at the top in Innit Featured posts. This was awesome! Never did I expect immediate results and instant popularity for a day. Then someone started stealing my blog contents and used the same title as his own and my earning numbers as his own. He even stole my screen capture image of my earnings and treated it as his own! Naturally I was annoyed! So I commented in his blogspot blog that he should remove the offending post immediately which he did but retained my last paragraph and changed to his affiliate link. Such idiots don't deserve to be a blogger if all they every do is copying verbatim thoughts and blog posts written by others. Obviously he cannot write well in English that he has to resort to such tactics of copying my blog posts word for word!

Earned $455.46 after 2 weeks
Since signing up on 29th October 2010, I have earned $455.46 after slightly more than 2 weeks. On average, I get about $20 a day - whether this is US dollars or virtual money, you will earn $25 just for signing up and being active by logging every day to answer 4 questions on a survey. Initially, it was $50 for anyone to get just for signing up but it has been reduced to $25 about 1 week later. I guess too many people have signed up and don't lose this chance to make loads of cash online. I have been doing this consistently since I signed up and have accummulated this much. Just click on the image above to see the full blown-up enlarged version. This is a screen capture of my Paybox payment account.
What I like about Paybox is that you don't have to come up with upfront fees just to earn money unlike other scams that don't work. Too many programs need you to pay by credit card to sign up before they offer you work just to earn peanuts! For instance, paid surveys. I have had experience of personally paying US$25.00 with my credit card just to sign up to earn very little cents from the various online surveys that require so much of my time. In the end, I gave up and the USD25 is hard-earned money gone down the drain!
So what do I gain from it? Well, just click on the referal link below or the image to sign up and I will earn $10 for telling you about Paybox. Remember to use the referal link image below or CLICK HERE to sign up. Good luck to your new venture to earn $ dollars and more money online by participating.

Get Paid US Dollars $50 Just for Signing Up
Get paid US dollars $50 just for signing up and get US dollar $5 for refering someone who signs up under your referral link. I just joined 2 days ago, and now my account is US$75.50. Found this amazing payment site that is to rival a payment system like PayPal in the near future, but with more features! Since it is under pre-launch, there are goodies for the earlybird users.
So, what is the “Earn Money, Get Paid” blog post series all about?
Our goal is to keep the focus on rewarding you, our EarlyBird users, as we work on taking PayBox more quickly to the next level. It’s very important to us that the EarlyBird users earn money, have fun and ultimately get paid.Exciting News for EarlyBird Users
In the coming days and weeks we aim to accelerate the growth of PayBox as we continue on our quest to become the best payment service. Our original Roadmap & Development Schedule stretched clear into 2012. This has changed. We are now working to have a full-featured payment service by some time in early- to mid-2011. By that time, we hope to have debit cards, currency conversions (in-exchange and out-exchange), etc., available to our users.
As we work on accelerating our growth, this will open up new areas where our EarlyBird users can be rewarded and even win prizes for participating. Although we originally thought we would be moving away from the use of our surveys, we have found that we are going to need more focus on our user opinion surveys. In addition to the current surveys, we have many new topics on the way that we will soon present to our EarlyBird users.
We want to thank everyone for the great work you’ve been contributing. I’ll have more news for you tomorrow.
So what's do I gain from it? Well, just click on the referal link below on the image and I will earn USD$5 for telling you about Paybox. Remember to use the referal link image below or CLICK HERE to sign up. Good luck to your new venture to earn US dollars and more money online by participating.

Withdraw All Savings from EPF at age 75
When you reach age 75, you need to withdraw all your EPF savings and not park in EPF because you will not get any more dividends. By age 80, if the savings are not withdrawn, it will be transferred to the bank. The rule has recently been implemented and published in the press for the public to know. So, here is a reminder for those who missed out reading on it in the newspapers.
Last year 2009, we got about 5.45% interests rates for the dividend from EPF, which is higher than the current Fixed Deposit rate at around 2.75% which is low and will not beat inflation at around 4%. Some sources even put the inflation rate at 6% but personally, I think that is too high.
For inflation rate of 4%, it takes about 18 years for your money to become half its value. While for inflation rate of 6%, the your money becomes half of its value in 12 years! This is scary and that is why we need to save as much as we can while we are still working and gainfully employed. Otherwise, your retirement years will be woeful and not golden years.

Paypal can now be withdrawn in Malaysia
In previous years, you cannot withdraw your money from Paypal to your Malaysian bank account. You need to go through third party companies like Accent or Virtual Money Inc. to take out cash from Paypal. It was very troublesome for Malaysians with charges incurred but recently a few months back, you can transfer your US dollars in Paypal account to any Malaysian bank. You will not be charged any transaction fees for amount at least RM400 or around USD132 that is transferred. It is a blessing in disguise that Obama became US president and relations between Malaysia, Indonesia and USA have improved a lot along with more business opportunities amongst these countries.
I still remember having to go through online contacts like Sapiens Bryan to cash out my Paypal money for a reduced amount to pay for his charges at around 2%. I have had bad experience of tranferring USD75 from my Paypal to an online friend who cheated me and never send me my money and we lost touch from there onwards. During Dr Mahathir's time, relations with USA was at its lowest with this mamak blabbler-mouth keep criticising the USA as if championing for himself. A lot of big online USA companies prefer to do business with Singaporeans than Malaysians and we lose out in this aspect.
For instance, if you want to sell on Clickbank, you cannot find Malaysia as the country to select in the form to sign up or to become an affiliate. Likewise for many other notable online sites from USA to earn some money via the internet.

Sammy's Adventure : The Secret Passage (3D Movie)
Sammy, a sea turtle, hatches on a deserted beach and tries to climb out of the hole where he hatched. Being caught by a seagull, he struggles for his life and manages to escape, as the seagull clashes in the air with a another seagull, also carrying its prey, who turns out to be a female hatchling sea turtle, Shelly.
Sammy falls onto an old raft and gets carried into the open ocean, losing Shelly. In the ocean he meets another hatchling, Roy, who tells him the story of a "turtle paradise" on an island called "Lapagos", and they together start their voyage there. Later, the two get caught by trawls. Sammy is released back into the sea by the fishermen, but loses Roy.
Washed onto the shore in California, he is picked up by a hippie woman and lives as a pet in the hippie commune with Vera, another female sea turtle, who is older than Sammy, and Catoff, a cat, who claims to be French. On a Christmas evening the hippies draw a peace sign on his shell to sign him as the peace ambassador. When the hippies see that Sammy and Vera won't mate, they release Vera. The police evicts the hippie commune from the beach, and Sammy decides to return back to the sea.
There he meets Vera and a young female sea turtle who is attacked by a shark. Vera and Sammy save the turtle who turns out to be Shelly, his childhood friend. They decide to travel together to the paradise islands, but Shelly gets lost in the sea.
Vera tells Sammy to swim to the "cold waters". Sammy finds an old refrigerator drawn by the humans and uses it to travel to Antarctic. An albatross he meets on his journey tells him that the paradise island can be only be reached through a "secret passage where the fresh waters run". In the Antarctic waters Sammy meets a fin whale who barely escapes a harpoon from a whaling ship.
The harpoon destroys the refrigerator, but Sammy is saved by the anti-whaling protesters and placed into the sea animal shelter where he finds Shelly, Catoff and people from the hippie commune (who now work in the shelter). The ex-hippie recognized the peace sign on Sammy's shell.
Shelly and Sammy are released into the ocean. They decide to find the secret passage and use it to travel to the paradise island. They manage to find the passage (which turns out to be Panama Canal) but get separated as they try to pass a lock. As he searches Shelly, Sammy encounters two sea turtles that urge him to help their friend who got trapped in an intermodal container. Sammy rescues the turtle, who turns out to be his old friend Roy. They swim together to a wrecked Spanish galleon where Roy lives with Rita, his girlfriend.
Being told about Shelly, Rita remembers her and advices Sammy to search for her in the galleon. Sammy finds Shelly being courted by another sea turtle. Disappointed and upset, Sammy returns to his friends only to find out that the turtle who courted Shelly is a playboy but has a strong relationship with another female. Together with Roy and Albert, a shark who lost his teeth, they set up a fake shark attack on Shelly to let Sammy save her again and win her heart. Shelly and Sammy then reunite and, along with Roy and Rita, return to the beach they hatched.
The closing scene of the movie shows Sammy helping one of his new-hatched grandsons to climb out of the hole.
I am a Numismatist
A collector of coins is known as a numismatist and I am a numismatist since I was small. I also collect gold coin and have one gold coin given to me during Chinese New Year by my rich uncle who works as a doctor in his clinic in Singapore. The gold coin was about half an ounce in weight which is of moderate size. It is a worthwhile investment to buy gold coins which is a very hedge against inflation. If the inflation rate is 4% a year, then using the rule of 72, it takes 72/4 equals to 18 years for your money to become half its value. This is scary and therefore you need to find ways and means to increase your savings and beat the inflation.

Gold Bullion is Worth Your Investment
I own a few pieces of gold bullion like a gold coin, some gold jewellery like a necklace, signature designer gold ring, bracelets and pendants which were collected over the years since I was small. If you have access money to invest, then consider buying up gold bullion from the link given above which is a very good hedge against inflation. The price of gold has consistently increased over the last 30 years and will continue to be on the rising trend. Besides, gold bullion is more affordable as they are smaller in size. Buying gold is worth your investment because the yellow precious metal is needed worldwide, be it for handphone component parts, dentures, stamps and coins or jewellery.

MRT will boost property prices
PETALING JAYA: The proposed mass rapid transit (MRT) system is expected to be one of the main contributing factors to boost property prices adjacent to the MRT stations.
CB Richard Ellis (M) Sdn Bhd executive director Paul Khong said the MRT stations generally had a positive impact on nearby property values in most cases.
“Being next to the station works well for lower and middle-end residential neighbourhoods and all commercial offices or retail malls. This basically translates to better public transportation and enhanced accessibility to the relevant vicinities,” he told StarBiz.
“The MRT will benefit the lower to middle-end users the most and it makes travelling faster, cheaper and much easier.” On the expected quantum capital appreciation due to the MRT stations, Khong said it could be 10% to 15%. “More importantly, the MRT station must be less than a 1O-minute walk from the properties. Ultimately, being next door and within five minutes away will be a premium.
“Anything more will give less impact in terms of capital values,” he said. “Being next to a MRT station could be the main selling point for a new project, be it a commercial or a residential one. A good example will be Menara UOA in Bangsar.”
But, Khong said, the property prices could be affected if it was alongside the MRT tracks and not the station. “The crucial point is to be close or next to the station if possible,” he said.
The RM36bil MRT system proposal by Gamuda Bhd and MMC Corp Bhd will have up to three main lines. The first line will run through Sungai Buloh, Kota Damansara, Kuala Lumpur and Cheras (right up to Kajang).
The second line will connect Sungai Buloh, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and Serdang, while the third line will loop around Kuala Lumpur’s business district – providing a link between the monorail and light rail transit (LRT) services.
The Gamuda-MMC proposal is currently undergoing technical study by a consultant and should be completed by mid-month to be presented to the Government.
At this point in time, there is no information on the exact locations of the proposed MRT stations.
According to property consultancy Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd managing director Elvin Fernandez, most of the areas around the LRT stations have been developed and it is axiomatic that accessibility would improve property values.
“But the impact wouldn’t be immediate as the MRT will take time to complete and the effect will be evident only from details of the exact positions of the rails and stations filtering into the market in time to come,” he said.
Based on preliminary details of the MRT, Fernandez said the Sungai Buloh area (the Guthrie Corridor townships) and the proposed Rubber Research Institute Malaysia developments could be among the first beneficiaries because both lines were expected to start from there.
“Kajang and Seri Kembangan are the next areas to flourish as they are on the other end of the line. Additionally, the Cheras corridor also has good prospects,” he said.
Nevertheless, Fernandez said, some developments might be negatively affected, especially residential developments, due to the noise or congestion if they were close to the rail lines or stations.
“But generally, the MRT should bring positive effects to the nearby areas,” he said.
According to a market source, another area that would have potential based on the proposed MRT system was the Kota Damansara corridor.
“The Kota Damansara corridor includes Kota Damansara, Mutiara Damansara, Damansara Perdana and The Curve. Business and financial districts along Jalan Raja Chulan, Jalan Bukit Bintang and Suria KLCC also have good prospects,” said the source.

Funny “Follow Me” Twitter Song (Video)
There are lots of Twitter songs that reflect the creativity and humor of the composer and they are well directed. I just came across this very funny and rhythmic “Follow Me” twitter video song on Youtube.
The video is well done which can be split into several screens at the same time. Let me know how you feel the “Follow Me” rhythm. I am loving it ;)
Investing in Gold is Worth the Money
Investing in small gold items like bullion is worth the money. This is because gold is a good hedge against inflation. In 1970s, a gram of gold used to cost RM20 but it has increased drastically to RM130 now for a gram. That is why I opened up a Gold Investment Account (GIA) savings with Public Bank to invest in about 40gm of gold. It is less than RM5,000 and it gives better returns compared to Fixed Deposits at only 2.75% a year. And I paid about RM123 per gram at that time. Money that is invested in gold will surely increase in its value and perhaps beat the inflation.
Now Less Than 50% People Use Internet Explorer
For the first time, the browser share for Microsoft Internet Explorer has fallen below 50%, largely due to the rise and rise of Google Chrome browser which continues to gain popularity every day, attracting millions of users.
StatCounter Global Stats reveal that Microsoft IE fell to 49.87% in September followed by Firefox with 31.5%. Google’s Chrome continues to increase market share at an impressive rate and has more than tripled from 3.69% in September 2009 to 11.54% in September this year.
Eat, Pray, Love
One Woman's Search for Everything Across Italy, India and Indonesia is a 2006 memoir by American author Elizabeth Gilbert. The memoir chronicles the author's trip around the world after her divorce and what she discovered during her travels. The book remained on the New York Times Best Seller list for 187 weeks. According to Metacritic, it has received mostly favored critical reviews.
The movie rights for the memoir were purchased by Columbia Pictures. The film version, which stars American actress Julia Roberts, was released in theaters on Friday, August 13, 2010. Gilbert followed-up this book with the sequel Committed: A Skeptic Makes Peace with Marriage, released through Viking in January 2010. It covered her life after Eat, Pray, Love ends.
Story
At 32 years old, Elizabeth Gilbert was educated and had a home, a husband, and a successful career as a writer. However, she was unhappy in her marriage and often spent the night crying on her bathroom floor. In the midst of an affair, she separated from her husband and initiated a divorce, which he contested. The affair continued for some time but did not work out, leaving her devastated and alone. While writing an article on vacations in Bali, she met a ninth-generation medicine man who told her she would come back and study with him. After finalizing her difficult divorce, she spent the next year traveling. She spent four months in Italy, eating and enjoying life (Eat). She spent four months in India, finding her spirituality (Pray). She ended the year in Bali, Indonesia, looking for "balance" of the two and found love (Love) in the form of a dashing Brazilian factory owner. The trip was paid for in advance from the book deal for Eat Pray Love.
Gold Bullion or Gold Ingots?
I used to think that gold bullion are huge and bulky like gold ingots. When I check some web sites, I noticed that they are actually small like gold coins and are more affordable unlike gold ingots that come in kilograms by the weight. Hence, I got both gold bullion and gold ingots mixed up. Now, with years of experience in blogging and surfing other web sites, I am more educated now with the various terms used. By the way, it is worth your investment to buy gold bullion if you can afford it because gold is a good hedge against inflation. It is better than parking your money in the bank that brings in very low interest rates.
My Mind is Slower Today
I have quotations to type out and calculate the price with more work on the internet but today, my mind is slower due to taking flu medication. Now I am feeling a bit groggy and drowsy - hence my thoughts are not that fast compared to the time when I was well. I should be sleeping or napping but here I am working hard by the computer. I am a workaholic and place work above my health at the moment. Hopefully, the money that I make is sufficient to tide me through my retirement years down the road in several years time.
Down with Flu
Yesterday, after church, I went to see another doctor for the second time for medication for my flu that has been going on for 1 month already. And I have already finished the medication in 4 days for the first visit. Now the other doctor gave me a stronger medication with lozenges to suck and something for my phlegm. It is better now but I am feeling drowsy from the effects of the medicine. Hopefully, in a couple of days time, my flu will be cured and I can enjoy food again like taking cold drinks and fruits.
I Love Gold
I love gold and own a small collection of gold jewellery and a gold coin given by my rich uncle in Singapore who works as a doctor in his clinic somewhere near Tiong Bahru MRT station. The gold coin is about half an ounce in weight bearing the national flower of Singapore. After having kept it for more than 10 years, it is now valuable and a collector's item. You can check out for more gold items in United States Gold Bureau. I have a gold designer's ring, necklace and bracelet all bought with my own savings after working hard all these years. I also own smaller pieces of gold given to me by relatives when I was small.

Offered USD50 for 8 articles
I was offered USD50.00 to write 8 articles of 500 words each from an old client. The good thing about this offer is that I can take my time to write the articles, preferably about 2 per week. I am still in a lazy mood having come back from a business trip to KL recently. Today, I have rejected 3 offers to post for only USD1 each with 300 words. With that number of words, I can easily earn USD3 each. I rather maintain the small number of posts on my blogs for quality. To work consistently, I need to be in the mood and have the motivation to continue to work hard for my retirement years. There is this particular blogger that I hate. She should be retired by now but still struggling to find her calling to make money from the internet - all in vain! Serves her right!

Making Money is Not Easy
Spending money is very easy, but making money is hard. It requires your blood, sweat and tears and total commitment. That is why making money in any venture is not easy. Unless you have rich parents who will take you under their wings and give you a big fat check every month for simple tasks each day - simply by being born rich. Otherwise, most of us will have to slought it out, study very hard and hopefully get a high paying job with lots of stress and compete in the rat race! Which is why until today, I never take my employment for granted even though I work from home for the last 6+ years.
Down with Flu
I have finished my medication and a course of anti-biotics but my cough still remains unchanged. And it is not getting any better but added with a running nose. Looks like my system is resistent to the medication and each time when I cough, it takes weeks to cure. So I have finished my medication, now what. I have also been sneezing too often repeatedly. I have stopped taking Vitamin C as I have read that when you are down with a flu, never take Vitamin C which could aggravate the flu.
I have Worked in a Law Firm Before
I have worked in a law firm for a short stint for my aunt who is an advocate and a solicitor in Shenton Way, Singapore many years back. Well, the law firm is no longer operating now as my aunt is in her seventies now, time to retire gracefully. She handles all cases to deal with property transactions or also known as conveyancing which is more lucrative compared to litigation or fighting it out in court. There are different types of lawsuits that can be brought about by clients like Trasylol Lawsuit or Accutane Lawsuit in the States. It was an eye-opener for me to work for her albeit for a short while. At least I was exposed to the workings of a legal firm with hundreds of clients' files with a good filing system to keep track of so many records.

Doing Business is the Best Way to Make Money
When you work for others, the income is ok. When you do business, the income is better. Hence, it is good to identify a flourishing business and stick to it. It may be blogging business, online business, writing business, web design business, etc. When you do online business, the reach is global and borderless. The set up cost is minimal too - just a laptop with internet connectivity is sufficient to get started. With millions being jobless in USA now, it makes good financial sense to start an online business offering virtual assistance, doing paid surveys, etc.

Counting my Blessings
I guess I am blessed to have a dream job to work from home and being able to moonlight writing articles - all in the comforts of home office. Last night, I took an opportunity and earned myself USD10 within a short span of time. I also earn by commissions and a basic pay. Hence, I have been working in my pajamas since 6+ years ago - no need to commute to work elsewhere, no need to get caught in snarling traffic jams, and more importantly no office politics. Just me working alone at home.

Made USD10 today
Today is a bonus. Made USD10 today within 10 minutes. This converts to about RM30 at 3.09 conversion rate. As Malaysian ringgit is getting stronger against US greenback, the conversion rate is dropping steadily. Hope it does not breach the psychogical 3.0 benchmark. But offers like this come once in a while and not every day. Otherwise, I can save up more for my retirement years in many years time. I can still work for the next 20 to 30 years and hopefully it does not stop there. Look at Lee Kuan Yew; he is still working even at age 87!

My ability to earn an income
God has blessed me with a sound education to make money from home, while moonlighting writing articles and to blog part time. I also get to earn from Google Adsense and other programs that make money. I guess I am a fast worker, able to think on my feet while typing away coherently to make sense to a keyword given. Every day, there are opportunities such as these that keep me usefully occupied even on a public holiday like Hari Raya today. And I am happy, today, I have made RM110.00 - all within a few hours of work by the computer. Since I am paid in US dollars, the conversion does justice for me to work harder. There is progressive payments to my Paypal where I will accumulate until USD140.00 before I withdraw to avoid paying transaction charges.
Making Money is Hard Work
Who says making money is easy is lying to you. It requires your blood, sweat and tears. Making money is certainly hard work and takes up plenty of your precious time. Instead of watching tv, or slumbering away in an air con room, you are working downstairs typing away and doing work with the computer with broadband connectivity. Therefore, the company hires you to work for them by paying you for your time to do the necessary work for them and not to twitter away or facebooking with the internet. Millions of dollars are lost because employees are using the computer chatting away and wasting time.
Grow Your Money
There are many types of investment to consider like insurance, fixed deposits, government bonds, unit trusts, real estate investment trusts (REITs), stocks and gold bullion. Are you growing your money through one of these money market instruments? Since I am a low risk taker, I prefer to invest in Gold Investment Accounts using my Public Bank, in fixed deposits and bonds. It all depends on your risks appetite. If you like to make money money but comes with bigger risks, then you can consider investing in the stock exchange, but I won't recommend you do it - unless you read financial news every day and have inside tips on what to buy and what to sell.

Writing articles to make money
Writing articles is certainly one of the easiest ways to make money online. You are paid per word basis and it depends on the number of words you can churn out coherently according to the topic. I have made quite a substantial amount from writing articles for the various writers and authors. Some requirements are so easy while others require some research to be done. As I work from home, I have plenty of time on my side to moonlight writing articles via my laptop and I can do this anywhere as long as I can have broadband connectivity.

Got Paid Today!
I just finished doing a paid post and writing 2 articles for a total of RM66.50 (paid today) with opportunities that come almost every day in good times. This way, I can leverage on my 7 blogs with 2 blogs on my personal domain and the rest are blogspot blogs like this one. There are advantages to using each of them and I am beginning to love using Blogspot blogs for the fact that they are free and easy to add components or modules and to arrange them in a jiffy. God has been blessing me and continue to do so. That is why I am always grateful to our Heavenly Father for my well being and general good health to do the things I like.

Newbie Guide to Make Money Online
Making Money Online – The Beginner’s Guide
The question of how to make money online has many different answers, though the effectiveness of the available opportunities may vary. If you have things to sell, there are a variety of options that you can use. Or, if you are more of a writer or a website builder, you have the option of including paid advertisements in your newsletter, blog, or site.
The Internet is the ultimate frontier of commerce and marketing in the information age. With thousands of homes and businesses subscribing to Internet broadband technology every month, Internet entrepreneurs are keeping up with the pace of potential demands. For example, in 2008 alone, 90% of all U.S. households that have Internet connections have availed of broadband technology — which means around 200 million people can be reached through online marketing means.
Asia alone holds the single biggest online market for any kind of products and services — more than four times the size of the North American online market. As the sophistication of technology continues to increase exponentially, online marketers are moving from simple text ads to richer multimedia experiences that aim to sell and to give value at the same time, to prospective customers.

So Many Articles to Write
There are so many articles to write for a particular site but I shall not over exert myself over making money online and instead will blog here and take a slower pace. In 2 days of blogging marathon, I have made some US dollars but that is all there is to it. My eyes need a break and I have taken longer naps closing my eyes and shield it from the sun light too with a blanket over my head. The topics are quite profound and it is not easy to write the articles if you are not familiar with mortgage and bankruptcy. Incidentally, bankruptcy is close to my heart as I have a friend who is bankrupt due to signing papers to be a corporate guarantor. Such naive acts on his part cause him to be declared a bankrupt and his passport impounded. He got cheated by his business partners!

My Weight has Gone Down a Little
This morning as I wake up and promptly checked my weight, I am happy to see that it has gone down a little and I hope to be on the downtrend for the coming weeks to a normal BMI and within healthy range. No longer do I carry unnecessary weight around like gold bars on myself, with slower movements and being sluggish. Healthy people are slimmer and live longer compared to obese ones who are faced with many sickness like diabetes, stroke, heart attacks, etc. Thank goodness, I am cover by 2 insurance policies for medical bills and hospitalization. But even so, there is a term and limit to the coverage until a certain age like 70. I hope by then, I will continue to enjoy my life and live to a ripe old age.
Advantages of Blogging in both Personal and Business World
Blogging has become a very important aspect of communication, not just personally, but also professionally. If you are already signed up with a web hosting company, then check your package to see if blog hosting is part of the overall fee. There are many advantages to blogging, not just as a personal pastime, but as a way to enhance business relations, sales, and productivity.
In a business capacity, a blog has numerous advantages. It is an immediate method of communication. If you are in a fast paced or competitive industry, and you want to be the first to get word out about an issue, then blogging is a great way of achieving that goal.
Internally, posting a blog to pass on information or update a policy is a quick and money saving method. This ultimately saves on the cost and the time it takes to send out a paper memo. Just remember, however, that even if your blogs are password protected, blogging is not meant for confidential matters.

My Eyes are Tired
I think I have been looking at the computer screen for too long and I am now feeling the effects. My eyes are tired from too much posting into my blogs due to marathon blogging. I need to take a break and rest my poor eyes. The glare of the screen makes them worse when you are staring at the screen for long hours in a shot without short breaks. But the temptations of getting paid for each post is there and I cannot run away. So I decided to break it down to 2 days instead of 1 day as I have 48 hours to blog since I reserved the slots.

Gold Bullion as Investment?
The value of money keeps decreasing with each passing year and we need to consider the various types of investments to grow our income. Using the rule of 72, if the inflation rate is 6%, then it takes 72 divided by 6 equals to 12 years for our money to half it actual value. Likewise, if the interests rate is 4%, then it takes 72 divided by 4 equals 18 years for our money to double it present value. Though I cannot afford to buy gold bullion, I will certainly consider investing in government bonds with interests or coupons at 5% currently. There is no minimum to invest and that is the beauty of it. The period is for 3 years and every year I can get 5% more of the principal invested.
To Email My Supplier
I just shoot an email to a supplier for the second time since he did not reply me the first time. We need to know how to join the different layers on the floor and our business success with this company depends on this information. I hope they will reciprocate soon with the much needed information. It is no point doing business with a company where no one reads the emails and there is no prompt reply. I hope they will look into it and send me pictures if possible. That is why I always check the company emails every morning and evening to correspond with people and to reply them in a prompt manner.
Warranty Certificate
I just created a certificate of warranty for my company using Microsoft Word. And I like the design, since I am also creative. My Art tuition many years ago did not go to waste as I could now utilise my perception of space, perspective, composition and color to good use now. I sense that my boss love my work though he did not mention it. I also had to translate the Malay wordings to English for our use and email to our potential client. We have been blessed with constant jobs every month year after year all this while and it is by God's grace, that the small company can survive difficult periods.
Numismatist and Philatelist
I have been a collector of coins (numismatist) and stamps (philatelist) since I was young. But my stamps collection are much bigger than my coins since I could get free stamps when people send letters to my parents. My hobby has kept me busy and usefully occupied. In my later years, my wealthy uncle in Singapore who is a doctor gave me gold coins during Chinese New Year instead of 'ang-pows' or red packets of money. The gold coin is about 10gm and round in shape. These are my small collection of treasures since childhood and I will cherish them in my possession. The other day, someone was interested to buy my stamps but I am not willing to let them go since they remind me of my childhood.
Working from Home has its Blessings
I thank God every day for my blessings to work at home while getting an income every month. I don't have to commute to work, dress up or get stuck in nasty traffic jams. Hence I work in my pajamas. It has been like this for the last 6 years where I wake up to have breakfast and then off to switch on the computer and log into the internet to check emails on a daily basis. Whenever I need a break from work, I just go upstairs to take a short nap and then continue to work again. My job responsibilities include calculating prices for sports quotations, entering financial data to MS Excel worksheet, emailing brochures to potential clients and printing out enquiries for my boss to reply.
Hard to get a Job for Him
My mother's church friend's son who studies in UK and graduated with a Master's degree could not pass any interview and has not been working since graduation. What a waste! He is about the same age as my youngest sister. I guess he is just not blessed to hold a job. Perhaps he has very high expectations and salary during the job interview that they could not afford him. Being the only son, his parents did not pressure him to take up lower paying job like working in Mac Donald's. I guess he is lucky that his parents love him regardless of the situation and still support him when they are still alive.
Various Types of Investment
There are several types of investment. With the inflation rate at about 4%, and your value of money decreasing by the year, have you ever considered to put your money to buy gold instead? Gold is a good hedge against inflation and the value of gold has been increasing steadily for the last 10 years. When I was small, a gram of gold costs only RM21.00 which has now balooned to RM126.00 per gram. So, if you have invested your money in gold at that point in time, you would have made money today. India is the biggest consumer of gold with its citizens wearing gold accessories to look attractive. I have also open a Gold Investment Account with Public Bank and bought about 40gm of gold to be put in the bank for at least 1 year.
My First Nuffnang Check Finally Arrived
Yesterday, my first ever Nuffnang cheque arrive in the letter box and I promptly banked it in my account at Public Bank. The amount was for RM50.82 and after deducting RM1 for the charges, it came to RM49.82. Nevertheless it is still money from blog advertisements. I am elated that though the amount is not that much compared to other bloggers, to me, something coming in is better than nothing at all. Just click on the image above to enlarge the picture for a clearer view! Thank you, Nuffnang! Your programme certainly rocks and that is why so many bloggers are turning to Nuffnang compared to Adverlets. This is proof that Nuffnang definitely pays its fellow bloggers
Marathon Blogging Mode
Now I have to blog in a marathon mode before the offers are taken up by the minute in some of the programs. Being able to type fast and my training in IT before helps to a certain extent. I took typing lessons for free in Singapore and this has helped me a lot in my work. I can work more efficiently plus using the keyboard short cuts to reduce the time taken. I also have to think fast and on my feet so that what I type here makes sense and not nonsensical ramblings. Working by the computer has its blessings especially when you work at home - no more traffic jams, office politics or back biting by colleagues. And I am literally being my own boss working in my pajamas.

Looking for Extra Cash?
Now there is a new program for you to sign up and get paid just to read emails, play games, take surveys and shop online. The banner is below if you are interested. This could be a win-win situation where you can surf and do all the things that you love while getting paid - regardless of the amount.
As this is still new, I am checking out more to see if it really pays and will sign up by clicking on the banner above to proceed with my registration. And if I earn money and manage to cash out, I will blog about it later on in this site. There is no harm trying and you've got nothing to lose but everything to gain. Just my 2 cents opinion!

It feels so good to be able to earn and save money
This post is about my random thoughts and musings about my experience to work at home and being able to earn and save money at the same time. I am now living my dream job of working in a home office complete with a fax machine, laptop, desktop, LCD monitor, all multi-purpose printer with scanner and copier, and a digital camera. So effectively, my home office is equipped with all the hardware and software for me to work comfortably in my room downstairs.
No longer do I have to commute to office or get stuck in nasty snarling traffic jams. Each month, I make it a point to save more than I spend for my retirement down the road. I am currently working as an IT executive for a sports surfacing company that is small but dynamic like Air Asia - making sports affordable for everyone. And I am thankful for my blessings.

Starting Fresh in Washington State
Thanks to guest blogger Lydia Kalman for the post.
A few months ago my boss approached me about taking a sales job in Washington. It meant moving halfway across the country, but it was also a chance to start fresh. She offered me a couple of days to think about it, but the truth was I knew the moment she made the offer that it was the right move for me. I've been living in St. Louis for several years and since my family is in California, there was nothing keeping me there. The truth is that when I graduated with my B.S.B.A. from the John Cook School of Business at SLU, I landed a job near the campus and I stayed because it was comfortable.
After 5 years, however, I was ready for a change. The fact that my work was willing to pay for my relocation costs was just a bonus. So my dog Haleigh, a shelter dog whom I adopted after Katrina, and I got in my car and drove to Washington. While waiting for my belongings to arrive, I did a lot of painting and I signed up for home security service. Being the new girl in town, I felt safer knowing Haleigh and the security company have my back. Well, tomorrow is my first day at the new position and I'm both nervous and excited. Wish me luck.

Going to KL in a short while
I will be going to KL in a short while this afternoon. Hence I have to quickly finish this post before I scoot off, take a bath and pack my bags to KL. I also need to bring the laptop along to continue working there and to check enquiries. Most likely, I will be staying there for a few days in the rented apartment that is barely furnished. But I am used to travelling at last minute's notice for the past several years. Initially I used to take a coach down to KL and then hitch a cab to the hotel. Now, as we are more established, my colleague will drive us down to the rented apartment in Subang Jaya. Wish me journey mercies.

Got more than RM1k from interests of my Government Bonds
Government bonds are also known as Treasury bills. The interests that you earn from government bonds are known as coupons. Yesterday, I received more than RM1k that was banked into my Public Bank account for the coupons that I received from my 3 government bonds, namely Sukuk, 1 Malaysia and another government bond of which I have forgotten the name. The coupon rate is 5% and paid either monthly or quarterly. Treasury bills pay more than the standard Fixed Deposits in banks. Hence, it is a wise move to buy some government bonds to get better returns for your income. Make your money work for you and not the other way around.

Gold Investment for Retirement
I am thinking of investing in shares but with a full time job, I just don’t have the time to keep track of the share market movements or check out blogs and news daily on events that might affect the prices. Professional stock investors analyse the volume spread, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, Elliot Wave, etc. To have a good peace of mind, I decided to buy government bonds and investing in gold by opening a Gold Investment Account (GIA) through Public Bank. I may earn less, but at least I don’t have the headache to keep track of the stock movements every moment of my life.
My wealthy uncle in Singapore also buy gold coins and give out to us during festive occasions like Chinese New Year. Now I have a small collection of gold jewellery and a gold coin - all collected since I was small. Gold is a good hedge against inflation which is about 4% per year. And for the last 10 years, the price of gold has been increasing steadily from only RM20 a gram in 1970s to over RM120 a gram now. So for those who have invested in gold, would have made a handsome profit now.

2 Opportunities to Make Money
This morning, I got 2 opportunities to make money via my blogs. I took them up immediately and the payment will be accummulated until they hit a certain threshold to withdraw. Yesterday was Father's Day and we will be treating my dad to a new Thai Restaurant in New World Park today since my youngest sister was not available for dinner yesterday. My dad also drove 23 old people from the Little Sisters of the Poor to PISA for dinner together with my mum. Though the opportunities to make money online are getting rarer, but it is nice to get them once in a while.

Second Payment on the 15th of the Month
Today is Sunday and is the 13th of the month. In 2 days' time, I will receive my second payment of my income. Yay! It has been like this for several years now and I am currently saving up for my retirement down the road. This evening, I will follow my colleague down to KL to meet up with a potential client tomorrow at 12:00 noon. I have already emailed him the quotation and together with his boss, he will meet up with us to discuss further. I hope we will be successful to get this project if it is genuine and this means more work for our workers who are paid daily wages all year round. We have been blessed with diligent, honest hardworking staff who don't mind travelling all over Malaysia to complete the sports courts.

Will Be Getting Nuffnang Check
I have cashed out my Nuffnang account which has more than RM50, the minimum to receive a check in about 1-2 months' time. This will be my first cash out and I am quite excited to get my first check from a Malaysian advertising company. My traffic has improved marginally to get the amount accummulated more recently from my blogs. And now I am trying to add more Nuffnang advertisements to all my blogs as this is a genuine company that pays out regularly to its publishers. I know of a blogger earning thousands from Nuffnang because of her very high traffic but I am happy and contented with my progress so far.

Not Everyone is Blessed to Make Money Online
I know there are many bloggers out there spending money each month and this is eating into their lifelong savings. And they are old haggards hoping to copy some young bloggers to make money online. A few are in their sixties, and should be retired doing charity work. But they prefer to stay glued to their TV and sleep throughout the day and night. They are just too darn lazy to be productive and even worse still, in their twilight years. With no savings whatsoever, they cannot survive like this for long, but that is not my business anyway. Many of them need to find real job outside, otherwise they have no savings at all to last till the day they die.

Get Your Car Insured
I believe that buying automobile insurance is never a waste of money. In fact, it is a form of investment to protect your savings from depleting in the event of any unfortunate accidents on the road like car damage, etc. The insurance company will then have to foot the bill for you when your car is insured.
As for me I have bought an automobile insurance to insure my new car since 3 years ago. The process is simple. My dad just call up his church friend to come and collect the cheque and by the next day, I get my car insurance done already.
I can also buy automobile insurance through the web site which is slightly cheaper but this is so much faster and I don't have to pay for additional postage fees for the insurance to be delivered right to my house. Besides car insurance, I also buy living policy from Prudential and RM150 is deducted from my credit card monthly.

Been Paid Today
Today, as I check my email, I was happy to see money coming in from my online venture via my blogs. It was paid through Paypal in US20.00 dollars. The amount is not that much compared to the good old days in 2007, but to me, something is better than nothing at all. My efforts to maintain several blogs did not go to waste. And my hobby to blog also brings in cash at times like this. Today is a public holiday - Wesak Day and my youngest sister has gone to Ipoh and then to KL over the weekend with her 3 other friends.

Counting My Blessings
I thank for my blessings every day and never take my employment for granted even though I work from home. And I have been gainfully employed to work at a home office since February 2004 until now. As an aside, you might like to know about http://www.oxis.com which is engaged in the research, development and sale of products that counteract the harmful effects of “oxidative stress.” Their products include therapeutic nutraceutical products, cosmeceutical products and proprietary formulations and clinical products.
For more information, you can check out the links to Oxis on Twitter and also Oxis on facebook. I am also growing older but wiser each day when I start seeing more white hairs.
I guess my Heavenly Father has been merciful and gracious to me for this unmerited favor to get a dream job to work at home comfortable where the office is just to turn on the computer and log in to the internet downstairs and rest time is upstairs where I can turn on the air con and nap under my comforters.
Cannot Get a Job
My mother's church friend's son who studies in UK and graduated with a Master's degree could not pass any interview and has not been working since graduation. What a waste! He is about the same age as my youngest sister. I guess he is just not blessed to hold a job. Perhaps he has very high expectations and salary during the job interview that they could not afford him. Being the only son, his parents did not pressure him to take up lower paying job like working in Mac Donald's. I guess he is lucky that his parents love him regardless of the situation and still support him when they are still alive.

Domain Name Investing: The Easiest Way to Make Money Online?
Everyone seems to be looking for the easiest way to make money online. Sadly, despite the breathless sales pitches of the latest “guru” products, automated systems rarely work, and there is no way to make money while sitting on a tropical beach sipping a pina colada (unless you put in a lot of hard work first!).
With the “pushbutton” online money making scams crossed off the list, I like to focus instead on methods that are “easy” in the sense that they have a high likelihood of success. A good method for making money online should require you to master only one or two new skills. This makes success with blogging difficult for most people as standing out from the bloggerati crowd these days requires not only excellent writing ability, but design talent, salesmanship, and ideally a healthy appetite for community building. That’s a lot for one person to master!

Buy Gold Bullion
If I have the money, I will surely buy gold bullion as a form of investment to hedge against inflation which is at about 4% per year. Keeping money in the Fixed Deposits is not enough to counter inflation since the rate is only a meager 2.5%. Using the rule of 72, your money will decrease to half in 18 years using 4% rate by dividing 72 to 4. So, $1 million saved now will become $500,000 in 18 years time assuming the inflation rate is 4%. Hence buying gold and property at the right place and time will offset this reduction caused by inflation. You might also want to consider keeping blue chip stocks that pays good dividends every time consistently.
Not Everyone is Employable
I have seen with my own eyes many people keep job hopping and are not confirmed in their jobs. Hence, not everyone is employable. Some of these people may have team work problems or cannot get along with their superiors. These people range from sales supervisors to lawyers and engineers or just about any other professions. When you are no longer employable, you cannot maintain your job and therefore cannot bring food to the table. You will have to eventually depend on your family or friends to help support you month by month. For the lucky ones, they are employed by their relatives out of sympathy. This way, they are unlikely to be sacked and can continue to earn an income regardless of the amount they get.

Tomorrow is Pay Day
Tomorrow is pay day! Yipee! More money to my savings account and though it may not be much, a little at a time will build up to be a mountain. "Sedikit sedikit, lama lama jadi bukit" - there goes the Malay proverb. Money is a very sensitive issue to most people, even in churches like the one I attend. Instead of preaching more on grace and the goodness of God, they go back to the Old Testament and preach about law, obedience, works, etc. And the senior pastor keep harping on being RM6 million short to build the new church building. They already have RM4 million in their coffers already and the new building cost RM10M. I am just a small fry to make any significant contribution, but I hope some big developers like some of the church members will make up for the needed amount.

Looking Good Feels so Good
Making money to look good feels so good. At least there is a reason to work hard and spend that money to pamper yourself. Beauticians might like to check out cosmetology school in Wisconsin and learn the tricks of the trade on how to serve and service their customers. I once had a colleague who became a beautician as it has been her dream to work as one using cosmetics - than to type out boring valuation reports and to use Microsoft Excel to draw the apartment layout plan. Don't get me wrong, I love to earn my own income and always make it a point to keep some away for my retirement later on.
Just Came Back from KL
I was in KL for 3 days recently and just came back yesterday evening. The journey by car was tiring, sitting for 4+ hours or so. We set out early in the morning and was suppose to meet up a potential client but that was cancelled at the last minute as he was busy campaigning in Hulu Selangor in the by election. In the past, I have spent a lot of money on cosmetic creams, make up, lip stick, etc to look good in Singapore as most of the ladies there are well dressed with make up on. Incidentally, you might like to know that Singapore is the 5th richest nation in the world by GDP and purchasing power parity. I am glad to have the experience of staying and working in Singapore.

Making Money is Not that Important
I am now at a crossroad where making money is not the only goal to live for. I make a comfortable living from home but it gets boring when you cannot travel overseas with good friends to enjoy it. It is like a prison sentence where you continue to work and work for retirement and God only knows what is going to happen by then. There is no definite future and sometimes, I think it is pointless to keep accumnulating cash when you don't take holidays or leave from work to rejuvenate and relax. I know of a new blogger in her sixties trying to make money online by copying others, and then it hits her right smack in the face when she realizes the truth about making in big via the internet. The internet is full of cheats, people who have failed in life and tricksters trying to phish for your email accounts or bank account details.

Make Money through Investment
With the economic slowdown last year, many people have been out of jobs and are desperately seeking to make money through other ways. One of them is to invest in the different money instruments like government bonds, fixed deposits or even to buy gold bars via different companies. A lot of people who cannot maintain or hold on to their jobs might consider investment as a way to make money. I personally know of my ex-supervisor in a retail shop who keeps job hopping and never gets confirmed in any company she works for because she has a habit of coming to work later, sometimes up to 1 hour consistently. Such a person does not deserve employment and any company that hires her will have to close down soon. She is just too darn lazy with a bad working attitude giving lame excuses of tyre puncture all the time.
Money Talks : Transforming and restructuring healthcare to save cost – does it work?
The often given reason to transform and re-structure is money. It is often said that we are spending too much on health (3.6% of GDP in 2007 and 7% of total country expenditure). So we must cut down. For some reason, the rationale for this escapes me. We are hoping to spend even less and hoping to get better or equivalent healthcare. In others words, we wish to live longer and better while cutting down expenditure. I suppose the only way is to cut down the “leakages” in the system.
Anyway, the Government is looking at cutting down healthcare expenditure, saying that it can no longer afford to spend so much on healthcare. It is almost universal that when governments look to save healthcare cost, they turn to organisations to manage medical care for an agreed sum of money. So the government will set aside a certain amount of money (let’s say RM30bil), and ask the business managers to control healthcare spending.
What is the worldwide experience with SHIO?
In one simple word, BAD. In the US, some MCOs have, after collecting the money, defaulted and declared bankruptcy. MCOs have not done much good in the US. They are about to reform to come nearer to our system, if politics allow, with a public option. The UK-NHS system is full of shortcomings. There is still a waiting-list. Ask Singapore’s Minister Mentor about his experience when his wife fell ill in UK. That is why many from the UK and US come over to Thailand, India, South Africa, Singapore, and some to Malaysia, to get healthcare (medical tourism).

A Brilliant Company
I have been reading books on the stocks and to learn how to interpret financial reports in the newspapers. Also, I have recently open an online share trading account with Public Bank but am not in a hurry to trade yet until I know all the facts and figures and how to make money from the stock market. It is important to know how to read the charts and predict bull runs to make a gain. I plan to be a fundamental analysis investor or long term investor and not short term investor or also known as technical analysis investor.
There are ways to create alternative energy from waste. This is a brilliant idea that not many people are aware of. You might like to know that a company by the name of N-Viro International Corporation develops and licenses its technology to municipalities and private companies. Their patented processes use lime and/or mineral-rich, combustion byproducts to treat, pasteurize, immobilize and convert wastewater sludge and other bio-organic wastes into biomineral agricultural and soil-enrichment products with real market value. The company has generated sales in excess of $40 million dollars, since its initial public offering in October of 1993. With this huge share market capitalization, no wonder investors are ever ready to put in their money and faith in this brilliant idea and trust this company to deliver more profits. Their web site is at http://www.nviro.com where you can browse for more details.

Most youth yearn to be millionaires before they are 35
An online survey has revealed that 96% of today’s youth aspire to become millionaires and three-quarters of them believe that they can by age 35. They also indicated that this was the most important goal in their lives.
The Sunday Star survey “So you want to be a millionaire?” with YouthSays and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman polled 1,678 people below the age of 30 thoughout the country. The 96% figure is significantly higher than that expected by some financial planners.
Securities Commission-licensed financial planner Rajen Devadason said: “I’m surprised such a high proportion of respondents want to be millionaires. In my own experience, it is usually in the 60% to 70% range.”He pointed out that most of the respondents were between 18 and 27 years and at that age, most people usually did not think too much about their future.
“They are busy living for the exciting present,” he said. Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia’s children and youth psychology specialist Dr Khaidzir Ismail, however, said the findings showed that those surveyed had high self-esteem.
“At least they have the motivation even if the goal is not easy to achieve,” he said. “I believe that if they are given the opportunity and shown the way, they will achieve it.” Rajen, however, found it disturbing that 75% of the respondents said to become a millionaire was the single most important thing in their lives. “It is soul-damaging,” he added.
Help University College vice-president and psychologist Dr Goh Chee Leong said that while a big number aspired to be millionaires, only about half agreed that it would make them happier. Dr Goh said he was pleased that only a minority (25%) would be willing to give up ethics to be become a millionaire.
He also pointed out some conflicts within the respondents. “On one hand, they say it is the most important thing in their life, but at the same time, they are not willing to sacrifice family time or social life.”
Dr Khaidzir said this might be due to idealism on the part of the respondents. “Usually millionaires will have no time for family or social life,” he said. “The respondents are still young and may have a different perception of how things should work.”
As for the most important factor to becoming a millionaire, 47% believed that it all boiled down to chance and opportunities – being at the right place at the right time. Only 34% believed it was due to hard work and determination.
“They might have a fatalistic view of wealth acquisition. It’s a case of whatever will be will be,” said Dr Goh. “It almost sounds as if they are not in control of whatever they can achieve or not.” To another question, only 25% of the respondents said they would marry someone just to become a millionaire.
“This shows the majority of respondents believe in true love,” said Dr Goh. As for the respondents’ idols, among the common names listed were Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Tan Sri Anandha Krishnan, Tan Sri Robert Kuok and Datuk Seri Tony Fernandes.

Got Direct Offer to Write Articles
Just 2 days ago, I received 2 direct offers to write articles for a client on watches. After submitting the articles, he rated them as excellent! And the next day, I got my payment of USD16.50 in my account. It was instant and very fast. I no longer log in to check if there are any more writing assignments as I am too lazy to write these few months. And the hot weather does not help in the mood to work harder but to nap upstairs and turn on the air con, under my silk comforters from China. I don't know why but this year is certainly one of the hottest in my entire life. And I refuse to stay outdoors for too long.

Spending Money Feels So Good
Yesterday, I bought myself a pair of Bonia slippers for RM199 without any discount! That's because those were new arrival and are comfort shoes. I am too lazy to go to Bata in Tesco to check out their prices since I hardly patronize Tesco but instead go to Gurney Plaza almost every night. Hence it makes sense to buy from Gurney Plaza instead. And it certainly feels so good to be able to afford something for myself as I am working from home earning a comfortable income - both in my full time job and also moonlighting work part time. I can afford a restaurant meal anytime I want or go for overseas holidays now like Europe or New Zealand. And they cost in the region of RM7,000++ per person for twin sharing. I need a friend to go with or someone I can get along so that the trip will be more enjoyable. Spending money certainly feels so good when you know more will be coming month after month. And I save more than I spend nowadays. This is to ensure that my retirement years will be golden years for me and not woeful years unlike for a certain blogger and ex-supervisor that I dislike - also known as M16.

Make Money Online by Buying Gold
Making money online is possible for some while it is so difficult for others. It can be done successfully if you know how. For instance, you can go to the web site to buy gold bullion from the internet by opening an account and reading more on how to invest online. Investment is another form to earn money just like trading in the share market, commodities, precious metals and raw materials. As for me, I will stick to my own proven methods to make a living off the internet. In the past, I have also freelance as a web designer and graphics editor plus using Macromedia Flash for animations like banners, buttons and a full Flash web site. Of course you need to equip yourself with skills like the above before clients approach you as a freelancer. You also need to showcase your work through your personal domain web site like I did the last time.
Got paid to Rewrite 2 articles
Just recently, I got paid RM180.00 for re-writing 2 articles on health. The client emailed me directly after reading my blogs and discovered that I also offer writing services. The money was easy cash and it does not take much time to re-write the articles as I can work quite fast. I charged RM90 per article and I must say this is one of the easiest job I got offered. And I recently spend hundred of dollars in Hatyai over Chinese New Year - spending on 4 bras, 7 panties, toiletries, 3 bottles of skin care serum, body scrub, body wash and 1.5kg cashew nuts for friends and families. That is the incentive of working hard by the computer to spend the money that I have earned online and offline in my home office. This is so much better than working for others especially a moron for a supervisor who cheated the company of honest working hours in Eagle Carpets the last time!

Don't Get Jealous
I know some readers get jealous reading my blogs all over the internet with some beautiful food photos shown. Just because other's are more talented than they are, they cannot sleep and eat and have to blog shits about their feelings. I don't have to continue blogging to earn a decent income unlike some struggling bloggers who cannot hold a permanent job and have to keep job hopping because they were never confirmed for each job they hold. There's this particular person that I hate. Serves her right for constantly waking up late every day to go to work - and giving excuses after excuses of tyre puncture. And because she cannot find mistakes in me, she has to create an offense list just to proof her point.

Making Money is Secondary to Me
Life has come to a point where all the wealth won't buy you happiness and well being. Money is not that important after all. Sometimes I wish I am staying away from home in a far away land with sweet nothings and no worries to think about. Hence, making money has taken a different meaning to me now and I only wish to be happy. I can take an overseas holidays anytime I want to and buy myself some extras whenever I am window shopping in places like Gurney Plaza or Queensbay Mall. No longer do I live in financial lack or poverty. I come from an average income family and we are happy with what we have currently. Life has blessed me so much especially with a steady job to work at home.

Taking a Vacation is so Refreshing
With so much travelling and working hours by the computer, I think I need a good vacation for couples like riviera maya honeymoon somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. I can then explore my inner senses by recuperating from all the work stress and demands all this while. Though I work from a home office, I still need to get it done on time serving many enquiries that need instant replies. Before we can even get a sale or purchase order, I need to serve them to their satisfaction replying to different queries each day, sometimes from the same person. And after getting the purchase order, we need to get our men start working on the project soon so that they don't have to wait too long and cancel our order out of impatience.
Hence, the vacation is long overdue and it is time I start booking for one online. You might like to grab your sense of romance, book a Casita suite and let yourself live the natural bliss of “Aquas del Amor” – the outdoor, ceiling-free showers that adorn the decadent casita suites at El Dorado Royale Resort in Riviera Maya. Set on over a mile of unspoiled beach in 450 acres of tropical rainforest, the gourmet-inclusive resort for adults only is the signature property of Karisma Hotels, known for its creative approach to hospitality where whims are predicted and solutions ready to indulge and pamper.
