[Videos] Salam AidilFitri di Gurney Plaza

Salam Aidil Fitri di Gurney Plaza, see the Hari Aidil Fitri decorations in an upscale shopping mall in Penang. Wishing all Malay friends, visitors, a "Selamat Hari Aidil Fitri."

The above is a short video on the Malay-themed beautiful decorations in Gurney Plaza in anticipation of Hari Raya 2021.

See my Free collections below:- 😁❤✌✔😜

Seems that the Raya 'ang-pow' packets and paper bags are more colorful and attractive than Chinese New Year for 2021. Since, I am a collector of free stuffs, I decided to take this opportunity to visit the upscale shopping mall for some freebies during the festive season, such as this.

Happy Sunday and Good Morning! This was sent from my Instagram account with the picture uploaded from my WhatsApp friend this morning. Enjoy the greenery and lovely colors.

Below is another video taken during my short stay at another hospital earlier.

Hours: Open 24 hours
Phone: 04-238 8888

The Loh Guan Lye Specialists Centre is a 273-bed private hospital in the city of George Town in Penang, Malaysia. Located at Macalister Road, it was established in 1975 and has been expanded over the years. The hospital now consists of three wings - the Main Wing, a Diagnostic Wing, and a Women & Children Wing.

===============================================

I was admitted to Loh Guan Lye Hospital due to heavy bleeding for weeks and was advised by a gynae to immediately prepare to stay overnight for several procedures. After signing the consent form, these include a procedure known as EUA + Hysteroscopic, Polypectomy + Mirena IUS Insertion, + Dilation Curretage KIV Proceed.

After 1 week, the Histopathology - Diagnosis from Subang Jaya Medical Centre were the following:-

Clinical History
Cx biopsy - Thickened endometrium with increased vascularity.
Endometrial polyps TRO hyperplasia

Gross Description
A. Specimen labeled - Cervical biopsy
Received a piece of light brownish tissue measuring 0.5 cm in the greatest dimension. Submitted entirely in 1 block.

B. Specimen labeled - Endometrial polyps/tissue
Received multiple pieces of dark brownish tissue measuring 3 cm in aggregate diameter. Submitted entirely in 1 block.

Microscopic Description
A. The cervical tissue is chronically inflamed, with a mixture of macrophages and lymphocytes. The subepithelial tissue is densely infiltrated by acute and chronic inflammatory cells. There is no evidence of dysplasia or neoplasia.

B. The curretings consist of many polypoidal fragments covered on three or all sides by epithelium. Embedded in the stroma are cystically dilated endometrial glands presenting a "swiss cheese" like appearance of low power. There is no cytological atypia seen and mitoses are present in both glands and stroma.

Diagnosis
A. Cervical biopsy - Endocervicitis, no evidence of dysplasia or neoplasia.

B. Endometrial polyps/tissue - Cystic glandular hyperplasia with polyposis.

In summary, it's simple hyperplasia without atypia.

To cheer up the sombre mood, below is another "Good Morning" Instapic message.

Here's another one.

Finally, stay safe and stay happy! Selamat Hari AidilFitri to all Muslims.

[Video] Admitted to a Private Hospital

I was admitted to Gleneagles Hospital recently from 13th April 2021 till 18th April 2021 for a procedure done to save my life. Thanks to the doctors involved in the surgery.

Dear women, gals, and ladies,

If you are bleeding for 2-3 weeks continuously, please see a gynecologist immediately so as not to get anemia, headaches, etc. Some knowledge can save your life. Call up a hospital to make an appointment immediately. Don't linger and wait for too long before you FAINT, either at work or at home!

An ultrasound scan, plus D&C, biopsy with lab tests found fibroids and polyps in the uterine lining with some precancer stage 1 cells in my endometrium and uterus.

So, the solution is to have a hysterectomy or removal of the entire womb (uterus) which includes vertical or horizontal incision to the stomach below the navel button.

This procedure took 2 hours and paid for by my insurance with co-insurance paid by me at 10%.
