There is a new publishing company like Google Adsense and is a good alternative with many adverts on its banners placed at your sites. To join this network, click on http://ubercpm.com/index.php?rp=5377 where you can join immediately but never click on your own ads. It is good to leverage on your various blogs via this network should you be banned permanently from Adsense. I don't know how good the conversion rates are but you can withdraw via Paypal when you hit USD 10, unlike USD 100 for Adsense. Michelin Star Award Din Tai Fung

In 1993, Din Tai Fung was awarded top 10 restaurants of the world by New York Times. In 2011, it was twice awarded 1 Michelin Star which is a global recognition of its of fine dining quality and restaurants. Of course, the funny part of all this is that this prestigious restaurant rating is from a tire company; the same Michelin that sells tires also gives out restaurant ratings! Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay explained that losing the stars was like "losing a girlfriend."

In 2012, it was three times awarded the 1 Michelin star and in 2013, four times awarded the 1 Michelin star. It was also ranked number 1 in "101 Best Restaurants in Asia" by the Daily Meal. In 2013 the same year, it was ranked top two franchise for travelers by CNN. In 2014, it was 5 times awarded 1 Michelin star and KL Top Chinese Restaurant by Trip Advisor.

Above is a snap shot taken in Gurney Plaza, Penang on the basement floor showing the fine white porcelain and cutleries used to serve diners. One will also get julianned ginger for extra zing. On the right is the menu in Red for as a colour for prosperity. Most Chinese love Red, don't they?

This is apple juice for about RM 10 and Pu-Er tea for RM 16 per pot! There were many pu-er tea leaves inside which makes the tea concentrated and you have ask for free hot water to replenish the teapot. There's also appetiser in black strips of vegetables with glass noodles in the center.

This is the set of RM 55 per person consisting of 'siew loong pau' or small dragon pau with rich concentrated soup inside the bun skins and steamed in bamboo receptacle. There is also fried rice with lots of de-gutted prawns and egg. For veges, it was garlic pea sprouts that looks yummy. There's also double-boiled chicken soup, though it was too oily and I had to scoop the oil out, even though the soup tasted just as good. As for dessert, you have 5 choices, one of them was the black sesame ball in red bean gravy.

You can also order imported juicy Songshan pineapple filling baked to perfection in a golden buttery crust, air-flown from Taiwan on the 19th August with 5% discount for the early birds. For 6 pieces, it cost RM 49.80 and for 10 pieces, it was RM 69.80. There are no preservatives; hence you have to consume it within 1 week upon arrival.

Spent 3 hours at Starbucks

This afternoon, after visiting a client's place, my colleague and I chilled out at Starbucks in Taipan, USJ1 of Subang Jaya for 3 whole hours reading newspapers and magazines on entrepreneurship, etc. I ordered iced green tea latte and really enjoyed myself immersed in reading so many insightful ideas on business and news while sipping my drink. I was given a Starbucks card where every 10 drinks ordered, you get a free drink - something like a loyalty card. It looks smashing with silver colourful patterns. It is almost 20 minutes to midnight and I took the liberty to update this blog before sleep and to get ready for a project interview tomorrow in the evening. Just hope that my manager can impress the interviewers with his knowledge and determination to clinch the job.
