The selection of meals mentioned from The Golden Triangle Thai Restaurant in Queens Waterfront is delicious! Let's break down each dish:

Miang Kham: Miang Kham is a traditional Thai snack that typically consists of various ingredients wrapped in a betel leaf, coated with honey. The filling usually includes roasted coconut, diced shallots, lime wedges, ginger, peanuts, and sometimes dried shrimp. To eat it, you would fold the leaf into a little package and pop it into your mouth, enjoying the burst of flavors and textures.

Onion Omelette: An onion omelette is a simple yet tasty Thai dish made with eggs and sliced onions. It's often seasoned with oyster sauce and pepper, creating a savory and slightly sweet combination. The eggs are beaten with the onions, and then the mixture is fried until it becomes fluffy and golden brown.

Lemongrass Satay: Satay is a popular Southeast Asian dish, and in this case, it's made with lemongrass-flavored skewered meat. The meat is typically marinated in a blend of spices, lemongrass, and coconut milk to infuse it with a fragrant and delicious taste. It's then grilled or barbecued until tender and served with a dipping sauce, such as Thai chili sauce.

Steamed Fish with Coconut Milk and Spices: This dish is a wonderful combination of fresh fish, aromatic spices, and creamy coconut milk. The fish is steamed with a mixture of herbs and spices like lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and chili. The addition of coconut milk adds richness and depth to the dish, creating a delightful and flavorful steamed fish preparation.

Together, this selection offers a mix of flavors, from the zesty and tangy miang kam to the savory and hearty steamed fish. Each dish represents some of the best aspects of Thai cuisine – the vibrant and bold taste combinations that make it so beloved worldwide. Enjoy your meal at The Golden Triangle Thai Restaurant!

Every Moment of Our Life: A Unique Picture We Never See Again

Life is a journey composed of countless moments, each as unique and fleeting as a picture that we never see before and will never see again. Every day, we are presented with an ever-changing canvas of experiences, emotions, and opportunities, and it is up to us to cherish and embrace each moment. In this blog article, we will explore the profound beauty and significance of treasuring every passing moment in the tapestry of life.

The Fragile Nature of Time:

Time, like a river, flows unceasingly, carrying us from one moment to the next. Each second that passes is gone forever, and as the days, weeks, and years roll by, we find ourselves faced with new and unfamiliar scenery. It is a reminder that life is transient, and the present moment is all we truly possess. Embracing this perspective can inspire us to live with greater intention and mindfulness, for the picture we are witnessing right now will never reappear.

The Tapestry of Experiences:

Our lives are an intricate tapestry woven from various experiences. Some moments are filled with laughter and joy, while others may be challenging and bittersweet. Just like a skilled artist chooses colors and brushstrokes to create a masterpiece, we have the power to influence the shades and hues of our own lives. By appreciating the uniqueness of each moment, we learn to embrace the full spectrum of emotions and experiences, recognizing that they all contribute to the beauty and complexity of our personal journey.

Seizing the Day:

The phrase "Carpe Diem" or "Seize the day" encapsulates the essence of treasuring each moment. When we become aware of the fleeting nature of time, we are encouraged to make the most of every opportunity presented to us. Whether it's pursuing our dreams, nurturing relationships, or taking a moment to admire the beauty of nature, seizing the day allows us to create lasting memories that enrich our lives and leave a positive impact on the world around us.

Mindful Living:

Mindfulness is the art of being fully present in the moment, without judgment or distraction. When we practice mindfulness, we learn to appreciate the smallest details that often go unnoticed in the busyness of life. It might be the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, the feeling of warm sunlight on our skin, or the sound of raindrops gently tapping on the window. By cultivating mindfulness, we become more attuned to the preciousness of every moment and savor life's simple yet profound pleasures.

Embracing Impermanence:

Life's impermanence can be both unsettling and liberating. While it reminds us that nothing is forever, it also opens the door to change and growth. Each moment is an opportunity to let go of the past and embrace the future with a newfound sense of curiosity and excitement. Rather than clinging to what was or worrying about what might be, we can choose to immerse ourselves in the present moment, knowing that it will soon become a cherished memory.

Gratitude and Appreciation:

Gratitude is a powerful emotion that magnifies the beauty of each moment. When we practice gratitude, we shift our focus from what we lack to what we have, cultivating a deep appreciation for the richness of life. Even in the face of challenges, finding something to be grateful for allows us to see the silver lining and approach life with a positive outlook.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, every moment of our life is indeed a picture we never see before and will never see again. Embracing the transient nature of time enables us to live more intentionally and mindfully. By seizing the day, practicing mindfulness, and embracing impermanence, we can paint the canvas of our lives with vivid colors and create a masterpiece worth cherishing. So, as we embark on our journey through life, let us savor each moment, for it is a unique and fleeting picture that deserves to be celebrated. Have a good day!

[Videos] When to Pay EPF, Spin to Win and Sis' Birthday Treat

The above video is for employers like my business partner, whom registered for an enterprise, or sole proprietorship company. Due to lack of funds in this MCO, we paid late and were fined a total of RM 27. Let the video speaks for itself, and I shall not dwell on this further.

Below is a "Happy Sunday" message taken from my Instagram account, since today is Sabbath day, a time to rest from working 6 days. Enjoy the red foliage.

This is an interesting video of our lunch at Pizzaiola, an Italian Restaurant in Lot 10, Prangin Mall, Penang. After lunch, we were given 2 spin to win cards where you press a button to select the color you want the pointer to stop at the wheel of colors. Refer to the video below:

Here are the fruits of the Holy Spirit. The Fruit of the Holy Spirit is a biblical term that sums up nine attributes of a person or community living in accord with the Holy Spirit, according to chapter 5 of the Epistle to the Galatians: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. The video below shows the lifestyle of the vlogger in Penang. We were celebrating my sister's birthday earlier than usual, since she has plans for a staycation in a new apartment in Macalister Road with her friends, on the actual birthday. The food was delicious with thick seafood soup, amongst others. I shall not spoil the video and let you watch till the end of the clips.

Below is a very touching message that impressed upon my heart, a "Good Morning" message plus some nuggets of wisdom - "Live your Life and Do What Makes You Happy." This is so crucial in this pandemic, that we need to find things to do that really makes us happy, NOT depressed nor sad, from cold calling to a few of the toxic people! This world is full of negativity already, coupled with the pandemic situation. Hence, we don't need to explain to anyone; We don't need anyone's approval. Jesus loves us enough and that is sufficient for me!

Below is my letter of completion of Youtube Creation.

Finally, stay safe at home, until you get your full innoculation plus booster jab, which is a passport to travel using the vaccination certificate. And it is compulsory to get Chinese vaccine like Sinovac, etc. to travel to China in the near future.

[Video] YMCA Song and Dance on TikTok

Above was me dancing to participate in a sponsored program for a 30-day challenge by the mastermind of the moniker, Saje Flow (pronounced as 'Sage' Flow). What I like about TikTok is that it allows you to create short videos and that's about it. There is just too much negativity here, when you read about the political current situation, that I just try to forget about it, and move on with life, hoping to earn an income and be cautious, not to be conned of my hard-earned money. I pray for the covering of Psalms 91 over my life, my finances, my family and everything else.

Also, while in the process of trying to earn extra income, and get busy hustling, I also need to reduce the noise and challenge outside by reducing work load. In addition, I need to pamper myself, by having more "ME" time in solitude and to reflect. For people of other religion or faiths, they will meditate and do what it takes to stay positive, stay calm and stay connected with loved ones.

Below is my Instagram account's photo of Good Morning, Relax It's Sunday message.

The body heals with play, the mind heals with laughter and the spirit heals with joy. See the lovely Instapic below:-

It took me hours just to select pictures that are royalty-free for my sister's coming birthday on 20th Jan and also for a friend's birthday yesterday, Chia Lin. She's very encouraging and a hardworking mother who tirelessly gives her time to train people under her team. Check out my dinner and hair transformation of re-bonding, cut and dye video below:

See the before and after effects of the vlogger's hair. Since I know MCO or movement control order will be implemented soon, I decided to take the opportunity to have my hair cut short and chemically straightened the day just before MCO kicks in. You can also see my quick dinner of braised beancurd with crab meat and it was so delicious.

See the lovely Chinese New Year decorations in Gurney Plaza, Penang and my yummy lunch of minced chicken noodles in a set with Chinese Tea. Enjoy the video above!

This post is not complete without some Instagram pictures. Yours truly happen to be an ambassador for Blog Meets Brand. Saje Flow, a nickname for an American Asian influencer with positivity and dancing with flow is my sponsor, for all these marketing materials.
