2016 Christmas Performance on Superstar Libra

Above is a removed short video taken by me while on board Genting's SuperStar Libra cruise that no longer berth here in Penang's Swettenham Pier. It used to be a twice weekly cruise from Penang to the International High Seas for the gamblers to play their favorite games, whatever they are, and try their lady luck at winning something, hopefully. Those were the days of leisure and fun, while working hard in a home office. Well, as you can see from the video, it was near Christmas way back in 2016 and we were lucky to get a chance at getting on board this short cruise for a night. The performance was about 16 seconds, so I appreciate if you watch to the end on this lively song and dance. Now as I look back at my old videos, I can reminiscence the good times I had with my spouse and best friend. I hope my future videos will entertain with more songs, performances, and such. July my birthday month

July is my birthday month. I shall be treating the family to a Chinese restaurant at CRC for a 5 course meal for $240 excluding drinks, peanuts, towels, GST and service charge. Total, it might set me back by around $300 for 5 persons. After my birthday treat next week, I shall go for a cruise with my partner for 2 days 1 night on SuperStar Libra to the high seas. It is the same cruise ship that travels to Phuket and Krabi that departs on Sundays. My cruise is just a short one, just to enjoy the night breeze as the ship sets sail along. I have already online checked in the room, 7 days prior to departure at around 5:30pm and last call at 10:30pm. This shall be my third cruise with the first one in Singapore by paid TNT for a company dinner. There were lots of activities and it was fun. There will be shows on board the cruise with buffet dinner served to patrons.

Had a Good Weekend

Last weekend, I spent my time at a mountain resort in Genting Highlands but unfortunately, had my iPhone 5 pick pocketed at the escalator of First World Hotel. I was an easy target because my bag was open and unbuttoned. Otherwise, the trip would have been an enjoyable holiday. Anyway, I had my iPhone 5 replaced with a new one of iPhone 6, which was bought yesterday at Gurney Plaza. We went to First Avenue to check the price first before heading to Gurney Plaza to make the purchase at a Digi stall. The water them park, Big Shot, carousel, etc were removed and in place was new construction of probably another indoor theme park or a hotel that will be linked to First World Hotel, with 6,000 rooms - supposedly the biggest hotel in the world based on the number of rooms.
