Actos is an oral diabetes medicine that has been shown by recent studies to lead to serious injuries such as heart attacks, heart failure, and an increased risk of bladder cancer, which can result in an Actos lawsuit. Pioglitazone, the chemical name for Actos was sold under the trade names Actos, ActoplusMet, Competact and Duetact.
So beware of what you are buying off the shelves from the pharmacy in your neighborhood. Some of the medication that we take may have adverse side effects. So it is better to do some research on the internet first before purchasing that medication or as prescribed by your doctor who may be unaware of the lawsuits. Hence, it is good to seek second or even third opinion from the medical experts if you can afford it. You can never take your health for granted and trust to consume every medication given to you safely.
Some of the side effects may take years to be discovered by clients or patients. By then it may be too late for you already. So, be in the know all the time as knowledge is power and brings good health. Some of the medication may cause obesity or numbness of the peripherals. Others may have worse side effects.

Writing Opportunities
Yesterday, I received several writing opportunities from a client for USD 5 per article. Not to put a feather to my cap, but I make a humble USD 35 in one day which could be equivalent to half the amount of Google Adsense revenue for some lucky bloggers who make USD 60 - USD 70 daily, or even more. Unlike Google Adsense, I had to work hard at it and the money will not be credited immediately but takes months before you see it in your Paypal account. I started typing out the articles from morning till evening with some rests in between. That is how hard I work at it. But each day, money will surely trickle in slowly but surely. At the moment, my blogs do not have such high traffic to bring in monthly income of USD 100, but I am getting there some day.

Work like the Ant
You need to work like the ant, always storing food up for winter. Don't be like the grasshopper which sings all day along enjoying life for the moment but goes hungry when winter comes! We should emulate the little wise ant, always working and will never go hungry. In the Bible, we should work until the day we die so that our minds will remain active and alert in our golden years. This will help prevent Alzheimer's Disease - a debilitating sickness that eats away the brain and leads to eventual death. You will lose your mobility, cognitive actions, recognition of familiar faces, etc. Basically you will become a vegetable, depending on your caregivers for basic daily life.

Travelling Around
I just toured Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen in China early this month. It was a trip well spent and to rejuvenate from all the work every day - day in day out. I must say that Hong Kong is quite crowded, being a hilly terrain in a small area. I also came back from Kuala Lumpur last week and brought along my laptops to work with and to check emails from the several enquiries.
Kuala Lumpur is like second home to me now - I go there almost every week. And I love the food outlets in Taipan, a happening place that is full of activity with many banks, bakeries, eateries and commercial lots. Taipan is very near to the rented apartment in USJ. Whenever I have the opportunity, I will make it a point to travel to at least one foreign country per year and get to experience the many sights, cultures and people.
Afterall, it is not often that you get to travel when you are old - so might as well make the best use of the opportunities while you are young and mobile. Life is going on well for me - never having to struggle again to work in another organization and fear whether you will be confirmed or not. My current boss is generous and understanding. And the best part is that I work alone at home with a laptop and internet connectivity. This has been going on for the last 7 plus years and we are a small but dynamic company.

Today is my birthday and I am going to celebrate it by treating my family to a sumptuous dinner at Fong Wei Chinese Restaurant tonight. I received $100 angpow from my parents, $50 each this morning. And tomorrow I will be flying off to Macau, Shenzhen and Hong Kong for 5 days and 4 nights tour with my 2 younger sisters. This is a treat to myself and to celebrate the big 40s age group. I hope I will enjoy the trip and not be too bogged down from walking too much.

I love to work at home
I love to work at home without all the unnecessary distractions like office politics, jealous colleagues reporting your faults to the boss or creating false accusations that are even worse, back-stabbing, etc. I can work with a peace of mind and I work independantly. By being segregated from the rest of the workers, I can produce productive work and it justifies for me to continue to work at home. The company is small but dynamic with people like me working hard quietly in front of our computers. My boss is very active and healthy despite his age - still able to run around and helm the company to greater heights.
Moonlighting on the Internet
It is good to be able to moonlight on the internet. I get SOCSO and EPF benefits working for a full time job at a home office and part time income by moonlighting through the internet. Therefore, I have a few sources of income and mainly from my government bonds which give the highest return at 5% per annum. I like to make my money work for me and not the other way around. Making money on the internet is possible if you know how. But like all the other people, I have to search for it and find out by myself. No one is going to teach you how and you should not be wailing like a kid expecting to be spoon fed when you are hungry!
