[Videos] Châteraisé - Patisserie from Japan, in Gurney Plaza Mall and Meals at Various Places

This is a short video on Châteraisé which is a Patisserie from Japan, in Gurney Plaza Mall, Penang. Chateraise is a FAMOUS and POPULAR cake and pastry shop from Japan. For the uninitiated, Châteraisé, means a store that sells cakes, pastries, souffles, etc. It is also a franchaise system for those who are interested in doing the cake business, with all things set up including secret recipes for the taking. However, the franchisee needs to have large capital in order to start an expensive franchise. By the way, this is a NEW store that was just set up in Gurney Plaza, Penang.

Below is taken from my Instagram account of a St. Patrick's 3 leaves of a shamrock, "Good Morning" message. The three leaves of a shamrock are also said to stand for faith, hope and love. A fourth leaf is where we get the luck from.

The video below is on the meals at various places that I travelled to in Penang ranging from food courts to restaurants. Examples include steamed and chili crabs at Soon Lai Restaurant, cheese-baked fish fillet at Kim Gary, Strips of Ham wrapped with a fish fillet at James Foo Restaurant, Fish My Dream with poached spinach at Mitzy Bistro Restaurant, Drive along on Air Itam Road clip, etc.

The reason I posted these videos is NOT to Brag nor show how lucky I am! But to educate and entertain simultaneouly on where to eat good food in Penang. Just drop me an email if you are curious and interested at Diana(dot)Tan(at)gmail.com, and I shall happily disclose the locations of where to get such tempting delicious food; at least to my discerning taste. I am also one to patronize the same restaurant outlets and not try new establishments. The foods here look expensive, but actually, they are more affordable and cheaper compared to other restaurants that might serve expensive yet burnt foods, such as overbaked crabs and such.

Refer to the pictures below and click on the '>' button on the right to swipe left for more pics.

So, you will get the drift of what I mean by NOT being overly done or burnt for the baked crabs, as seen above.

Below is another inspirational Instagram photo from my account.

As a student, I used to claim on the scripture above that: "I can do ALL things, (not some things, few things, one thing, but ALL things) through Christ who strengthens me."

Time and Destiny are both changeable; so do not have pride in good times and do not worry in bad times. Both will definitely change. Good Morning!

Finally to end this post, here is a cute black-fur puppy - that looks like Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson, the wrestler, turned into a billionaire movie star. Enjoy!

To end this, stay safe and stay happy in this challenging time.

[Videos] When to Pay EPF, Spin to Win and Sis' Birthday Treat

The above video is for employers like my business partner, whom registered for an enterprise, or sole proprietorship company. Due to lack of funds in this MCO, we paid late and were fined a total of RM 27. Let the video speaks for itself, and I shall not dwell on this further.

Below is a "Happy Sunday" message taken from my Instagram account, since today is Sabbath day, a time to rest from working 6 days. Enjoy the red foliage.

This is an interesting video of our lunch at Pizzaiola, an Italian Restaurant in Lot 10, Prangin Mall, Penang. After lunch, we were given 2 spin to win cards where you press a button to select the color you want the pointer to stop at the wheel of colors. Refer to the video below:

Here are the fruits of the Holy Spirit. The Fruit of the Holy Spirit is a biblical term that sums up nine attributes of a person or community living in accord with the Holy Spirit, according to chapter 5 of the Epistle to the Galatians: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Click on the ">" button on the right to swipe left for more similar pictures.

The video below shows the lifestyle of the vlogger in Penang. We were celebrating my sister's birthday earlier than usual, since she has plans for a staycation in a new apartment in Macalister Road with her friends, on the actual birthday. The food was delicious with thick seafood soup, amongst others. I shall not spoil the video and let you watch till the end of the clips.

Below is a very touching message that impressed upon my heart, a "Good Morning" message plus some nuggets of wisdom - "Live your Life and Do What Makes You Happy." This is so crucial in this pandemic, that we need to find things to do that really makes us happy, NOT depressed nor sad, from cold calling to a few of the toxic people! This world is full of negativity already, coupled with the pandemic situation. Hence, we don't need to explain to anyone; We don't need anyone's approval. Jesus loves us enough and that is sufficient for me!

Below is my letter of completion of Youtube Creation.

Finally, stay safe at home, until you get your full innoculation plus booster jab, which is a passport to travel using the vaccination certificate. And it is compulsory to get Chinese vaccine like Sinovac, etc. to travel to China in the near future.

[Videos] Penang's Famous 'Padang Brown's Poh Piah' and Lunch at Passions of Kerala Restaurant

The above is a short video on Penang's famous 'Padang Brown Poh Piah' or salad spring roll with extra crab meat with surcharge. The roll with extra crab meat cost RM4.00 each, which is about USD1.33. It consists of julienned turnip stir-fried with carrots. This is topped with shallots, plenty of real crab meat, wrapped with a rice batter skin and smeared with a special secret sauce, with or without red pounded chili paste.

This is one of my weekly staples, amongst others.

See the picture on Kindness from my Instagram account below:-

Recently, I happened to have a lunch meal at Passions of Kerala Restaurant, in New World Park. This was tomato rice with 3 types of veggies, a mint sauce past and 3 types of curries consisting of dhal curry, chicken curry and another type of curry. See the short interesting video below to whet your appetite.

For drinks, I ordered mango 'lassi', which is a type of Indian yoghurt drink. I am thankful for being alive daily in this pandemic. Things could go wrong anytime and in Malaysia, I feel like being followed everywhere I go. I don't know why I am 'so' important but apparently the Times Square JMB or other authorities' fear of the information and experience that I went through, and expose their misappropriation of JMB funds! Well, if the top leadership can become a backdoor government and stealing of government coffers like 1MDB, Tabung Haji, FELDA, etc, then it is the norm that everyone seems to follow suit; except for a few grandpas or baby boomers who are fighting hard for their grandkids' uncertain future. Kindly, please stop this snooping and targeting around wherever I go!

Below is a nice Instagram picture of Psalms 91:11 on God's protection. Just click on '>' button to swipe left and see 2 more "Good Morning" lovely photos. There is a baby resting with the quotes, "No Job, No Stress." And another third and final awesome picture as well. See below:-

That's it for today. Stay safe and stay healthy.

[Videos] Penang Batik Clothes and Batu Feringghi Beach Travel

Above is a short video taken by me, and compiled with copyright-free music with credits given below it. See the colorful play of designs and repertoire of colors as eye candy. They sell men's short-sleeve shirts, women's scarves, blouses, pajamas, and more. This is located on the ground floor in the main foyer of Prangin Mall. Do view the entire video.

See an Instagram shot of the various Penang Batik clothes in this post below:-

The video below showcases the vlogger's travel by car along the famous Batu Feringghi Road stretch, lined with condominiums, both high and low-ends. For the purpose of this video, I have removed the low-end apartments, built by the Malaysian government for the tsunami victims and also the priviledge "bumiputra" MIA - missing in action lot.

See the relaxing azure blue seas, greenery of shrubs and coconut trees, amongst others that grow on both sides of the winding road. See a cameo appearance of yours truly, de-stressing while squeezing a rubber toy ball, towards the end!

As today is lazy happy Sunday, I have added my Instagram pictures here of "Good Morning," from my account. Hope you like it as much as I do. By the way, a strawberry is the only fruit with seeds outside the skin.

That's it for now. Just in case, you need to register for Covid-19 vaccination on the MySejahtera App on a voluntary basis and it is your passport to future travel overseas. You will be given a Covid-19 certificate after completing the booster jab. Stay safe and stay happy.

I would like to wish "Happy Valentine's Day" to all couples and also single people. 🧡💛💚💙💖💦

More importantly, stay healthy and stay happy.

See the lovely picture of Valentine's day theme Instagram taken from my account:-

On a side note, it is indeed sad, that a dear Atomian who was my first member, and the only one who attended a Zoom session, albeit only once, passed away on 5th February 2021 due to a massive sudden cardiac arrest. Kelvin Chan had feedback to me about frequent gastric pains, when it was actually a symptom of an impending heart attack. Also, his boss owed him RM500 from RM1k due to the pandemic and MCO.

So, it is a solemn situation for everyone here, especially in Malaysia, notwithstanding the political landscape. Mr. Kelvin Chan Weng Hoong is now in a happier place, holding hands with his beloved mom, that he missed so dearly. His third brother from Muar, Chan Weng Joo, drove out to settle his cremation and autopsy, where he was Covid-19 negative.

Kelvin Chan would have been 53 years of age this coming March 2021

May you rest in peace, brother Chan. I shall miss our frequent calls on business, politics and Atomy. Thanks for making me an admin in 2 of your channels, especially Food, Beverage and Movies channel, where you were a founder, that is now very active with participants, posting funny movies, ads, messages, and etc. Now, I know you love watching Netflix and Astro, to unwind from the stress at work. RIP brother Chan. You deserve better than this.
