Not Easy to Keep Earning Online

First, it was PPP, then Adsense, and now my Nuffnang Glitterati has become Normal membership, thus, earning less with 15 cents per click compared to 25 cents per click previously. I also have to support my aged parents giving them RM 650 per month for the last few years already. There will always be financial obligation to my family and the bills to pay every month. I hope to read up more books so that I can one day, write my own book for publishing and distributing to the various book stores. I can earn up to 40% royalties, but you need to invest at least $4,000 to $5,000 for the copies of books to be printed and sold. Payment is every 6 months from the various bookstores. Then, only you will get noticed and approached for writing gigs.

Happy Easter Sunday

t started with Maundy Thursday and yesterday was Good Friday where Jesus suffered the agony at the Garden of Gethsemene before he was crucified for our salvation in exchange for our sins. 3 days later, he rose from the dead to Heaven on an Easter Sunday – marking the new birth for all Christians. We are finally redeemed from our sins and have eternal life in heaven. Today is Holy Saturday.

Now is the season where fellow Christians reflect on this holy week to mark Easter Sunday, the very purpose where Jesus came down to earth as a sacrificial lamb and atonement for our sins. He left the confort of heaven to be born in a lowly manger of Mary and Joseph in Bethlehem, Jerusalem. This is the love story of our saviour Jesus Christ who loved us so much to come down to earth to die for our sins. Now, as Christian, we have hope in Jesus on His finished work at the cross. Instead of perpetual condemnation, we now have grace from our Heavenly Father.

Bad Kids

Posted by Heriberto Fuentes

My kids are misbehaving a lot lately, and I don’t know how to handle it. I know they are just kids, but I have to figure out a way to punish them so they know they can’t run amok. I feel bad because I think my bad parenting is causing their misbehavior. My husband keeps on telling me to stop being so hard on myself, but I’m not sure I’ll be able to until things get better. We started by taking away all of their video games as punishment. I was shocked when that didn’t work. I thought that would whip them right in line. Next we cancelled all cable services so they don’t have access to any of the channels they like to watch. I hope that they will start getting better before I have to take something else away. I don’t even know what I would take away next. I think these two things are pretty important to them and it hasn’t helped taking them away. I feel terrible depriving them but this is what we have to do to make sure they understand there are consequences for their actions.
